When I get stressed I develop a rash along my hairline similar to eczema, my doctor prescribed a steroid cream but I was hoping you would be able to suggest an alternative to this.

Stress, diet and environmental elements can trigger eczema flare-ups but there are ways to manage the skin when it is stressed. We often suggest gentle cleansing with warm water instead of hot as this could irritate the skin further. Using products without harsh chemicals and toxins is also important as they can also cause irritation. Opt for a product with ingredients like oatmeal to soothe the skin.
